Brandon Fields

Former member of The Rippingtons and popular L.A. session Sax-man Brandon Fields

 is on a roll with The Traveler, which also utilizes the talents of Walt Fowler and Bruce Fowler on various horns, David Witham and Bill Meyers on keyboards, Mike Miller and

 Mike O'Neill on guitar, Luis Conte and Lenny Castro on percussion, Chuck Domancio, Jimmy Johnson, John Patitucci and John Pena on bass, Sonny Emmory and Vinnie Claiuta

on drums, and Albert Wing on tenor sax, and featuring Gina Kranstadt and Phil Perry on vocals.

In addition to Brandon's characteristic quota of bass-driven funk, healty doses of jazz improvissation with a pop setting, and romantic ballands, The Traveller shows a

whimsical side Brandon can elicit from his saxophone.

Brandon's philosiphy on his music is quite simple and involves starting with a passion;

 "I don't look at it from a money standpoint, I do it because I love it and really need

to play the instrument. It's the major passion in my life, I play because I have

 something to say, and want to share it with as many people as possible."
