If
you regularly visit this site, the name Christophe Goze will not sound
unfamiliar to you. But Christophe also composes World fusion and lounge
tracks for TV. These songs have been featured in countless movies, TV shows and commercials around the world. Until now, however, they have remained unreleased, and that has now been made up for.
This is also the debut of Digital Nomad, with short stories from all over the world. Short "notes" made quickly on a sketch pad while visiting a country or just using his imagination. Short stories that let you travel without leaving the comfort of your own lounge.
A nomad is a person without a permanent home, who roams from one place to another to make a living (Christophe himself has lived in no less than 6 countries). This project is an ode to that spirit of exploration and adventure.
Christophe composed all tracks himself, played all instruments, recorded, mixed and produced them as well. Only 'Fado Chill' was co-written by Frederic Langlais, who also played the accordion on it.
So travel from Africa to Andalusia, make a detour via China, to end up in Portugal, and fly to Arabia via Spain. Then you go to Vietnam, retrace your steps to the Indians, fly to Japan, and after a little rain dance, you return to Spain. A real musical trip around the world!
