The
German musician Christoph Sebastian Pabst from Priem at
the
Chiemsee in Bavaria passed by here before. On May 5, Sine Music released
its latest EP, which contains 4 tracks that are all about the southern
islands. It is a musical tribute to the beauty of those islands. In addition to the already released up-tempo single 'Ibiza', a beautiful island in the Balearic Islands where I was on holiday once, there are 3 other tracks on it.
The beautiful flower island 'Madeira' is the theme of the next track. I have already stayed three times on this Portuguese flower island in the Atlantic Ocean. This song has more chill-out beats floating on a soft melody, creating a relaxed and mysterious atmosphere. Piano, guitar and analog synthesizers get the job done.
Then we travel a little further to the 'Azores', a neighboring Portuguese island also in the Atlantic Ocean, where nature can still be admired in its full splendor. Christoph uses electronic sounds and calm strings here to create a somewhat meditative moment. This track is an invitation to come and admire the unspoiled natural beauty here.
From there it goes for the last track towards the South China Sea, more specifically to the island of 'Palawan' in the Philippines. Christoph is guided here by a summery feeling, with soft beats and classical guitar. Imagine palm trees and idyllic white sand beaches.
