In 1996, African-American Hart Ramsey started a new job as a senior pastor at Northview Christian Church at 2 locations, in Dothan and in Montgomery, Alabama, which he founded himself.

Before that he was in the army. Hart studied pastoral ministry at the Minnesota Graduate School of Theology. But Hart is also a musician, and on Facebook I noticed his new CD.

His debut 'Change it to My Heart' was released in 2010, featuring smooth jazz, and Hart played keyboards. Now a new album has been released.

'The Main Thing' opens with a nice mid-tempo track, after which 'Torn' continues in the same direction. 'Heart Condition' is bathed in a romantic atmosphere, followed by 'Just Live Your Life', which sounds calmer. The sound of birdsong opens the last track, which is the blissful 'Alone with You', where you imagine yourself on an exotic beach.

A very nice album from an unknown angle, which I highly recommend!
